Club Notes Update: 26th February, 2017:
On Wednesday last we were delighted to continue our long established friendship with Kennedy Park School when we were invited to the schools Open Day for Clubs within Clonard Parish. It’s well over 20 years now we’ve been actively involved with the school and every year it has been a pleasure to work with the staff and kids of Kennedy Park. Thanks to Mrs Tynan and the staff for the invitation to this great initiative. Long may this sporting friendship last between our club, the school and our parish.
On Friday night we held our annual registration night for the kids in the club, in Clonard Community Centre. Registration was followed by a Puppet Show and a Kids Disco. There was a great attendance and it was fantastic to see so many kids from both Kennedy Park School and Scoil Mhuire School along with kids from within the wider community enjoying themselves. They really did have a ball. 3 club members on the night also won free passes to our Easter Camp which takes place from the 19th to the 21st of April. Well done to all the organisers in holding another successful club event. We would like to offer a warm welcome to all our new members that signed up on the night.
